6x6 Oil on Ampersand Gessobord

When I painted these apples a few days ago I took several photographs. I knew I would want to revisit this subject again. The apples have those lovely greens that are hard to pass up.

  7. Ok, Linda! You are getting to be a master of edges. Nice, soft edges in the perfect places. The green apples just glow!

  8. Love all the experimentation you're doing with color and value . . . the bowl on the purple chair with all the violet reflected lights on the underside---gorgeous!
And all the close green values in Three Bowls and this apple painting . . . so great to watch the evolution!
