This was painted from a photograph I took from the television.  I like it because the viewer can wonder what this young man is thinking.
THEN ......... I found this cute photo and it just made me laugh!  So perfect!

How true that is!
Have a fantastic weekend with laughter and don't think TOO much!

RADISHES

I thought it was time to paint a different subject and decided that a still life would be fun.  Because we are in the process of moving, my studio is partially packed so setting up a still life would be difficult so I looked for a photo to use.  I found one at the Wet Canvas site.  I'm not taking all my studio equipment to our apartment as it is very small.  I'm sure that when we are moved in to our house, setting up a still life will be especially fun. In the meantime, photographs will be a great source.

This little boy is from Madagascar, an island in the Indian Ocean.  He was fun to paint with those sweet, round cheeks and long eye lashes.
