HITCHCOCK CHARACTER 2

4x4 Oil on Ampersand Gessobord

This is the same Alfred Hitchcock character as painted in my previous post.  I wanted to add color and I painted on a smaller board with a red underpainting and a slightly different composition.  Again, this was so enjoyable to paint!

  5. Wonderful Linda. I like oil painting on a red ground. It's great. It doesn't quite work with watercolour....!
