CRACKED TWO

6x6 Oil on Ampersand Gessobord

I decided to paint the egg shells again. I took a photograph before I finished the last painting and used it here. I wanted to paint them in different colors and practice the shapes again. The shells are sitting on a shelf and I could use more practice so I may set up another still life.

  1. Very nice, Linda. You did a great job of the cracks in the shell. I think I prefer this color palette with complimentary colors.

  2. Really nice work, Linda! I like that bright light shining through the cracks and the spot of bright red right behind the shell.
