This is another painting for the DPW Challenge.  I painted this from Carol Carmichael's photograph posted on the challenge page.  I cropped it and painted loosely.  It was an enjoyable painting!
WOW!
Today is Friday the 13th.  YIKES!
It is bad luck to fall out of a thirteenth story window on Friday

  2. Great cropping job to make a great painting! Good decision. I found the two heads together distracting. You did an awesome job.
    Happy Weekend.

  3. You've made it so easy to feel exactly the way this relaxing pose feels- and the high key plan gives it a light airy feel...super! I made a valiant effort not to fall out of a window last Friday ..haha:0

  6. Really like this Linda! Love your close value palette and all the grays . . . makes a really interesting abstract composition.
