In Celeste Bergin's post yesterday she asked how other artists stored their paintings. For my small paintings I store them in a plastic dish rack. They are also placed there while they dry. The racks are inexpensive and can be found easily. They take up little space which is a definite advantage.
Excellent idea! Thanks.
ReplyDeleteReally great tip. Thanks Linda! I have mine leaning against any and every surface I can find. This is much more organized and probably much safer as well.
ReplyDeleteWhat a cute little idea I never thought of! Thanks doe sharing:-)
ReplyDeletethat is a great idea! I have been using file sorters. They work well, but this idea looks even better. Thanks for sharing this. :)
ReplyDeleteWhat a good idea. I'd be ashamed for you to see where mine get put! I'm going to go get one of those racks today.
ReplyDeleteBrilliant suggestion, and I do love those little birdies you have in front!
ReplyDeleteWhat a great idea! My wet paintings are all over the place!
ReplyDeleteJust found you via Celeste's blog; lovely paintings!
ReplyDeleteAnd great tip on the drying rack.
Thanks for sharing with us.
Great idea, never would have thought of that. Blogging is so great, artists sharing ideas and supporting each other. Have a great day
ReplyDeleteOh my, this is a great tip! Thanks Linda. I am about to have a bunch of panels cut to take to a workshop I am doing this summer. This could be a perfect solution for storing and transporting them. I want to branch off of my acrylics and take my new oils, but I had no idea how I would get them home once they were covered in wet paint. Thanks again!

ReplyDeleteWhat a good idea..now they won't be covering all the tables in the house!
