FLORIDA IMPERIAL

6x6 Oil on Ampersand Gessobord

This is my submission to Daily Paintworks Challenge and a challenge it was! I've attempted cars - well, one car - once before and failed miserably. Although this is not what I would like it to be, I am fairly pleased with this. It was about my third attempt. Click HERE to view the challenge. There are some spectacular entries. I'm looking forward to each challenge in the future. Thanks Carol! This is going to be fun!

  5. Isn't it great that Carol took over Karin's DSFDF. Glad to see you there as well. Nothing like a good challenge for us right! Keeps us on our toes.

  6. I love the way you simplified the shapes. Also, your proportions look great. The car "reads" very well. Isn't this challenge fun-seeing what everybody's interpretation looks like? Can't wait to see the next one!
