ReplyDeletethis is such a wonderful painting! the patch without grass brings the eye to the line of clothes that leads to the buildings behind the house and to the sky! great soft colors, i can almost feel the breeze blowing the clothes!
ReplyDeleteI wonder what it is about laundry hanging on the line that appeals to me so much. I guess it reminds of hot summer days as a child "helping" my mom hang clothes on the line - and get them in before the afternoon showers. I really like this!
