6x6 Oil on Ampersand Gessobord
This was a real challenge, but I'm so glad I stuck with it. There are so many twists and turns. Really difficult to keep track of where I was in the bow. It was a learning experience in values, too. I'm pleased with the final result. :-)
I am sooo excited because I won a painting from Dana Cooper! She is one of my favorite artists. How lucky am I?!! Thanks again, Dana!
Also, I signed up for Karin Jurick's workshop in the fall. I can't wait!!

Beautiful work on this. A very complex subject with the twists & turns, plus the values of the "white" - nice job. Congrats on winning one of Dana's paintings - I love her work also. Wish I could have signed up for Karin's workshop, just couldn't swing it (this time)! I know you will enjoy it!
